Use this form to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or to make another privacy request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

DebtCut is paid by debt relief partners when we pass on the information you give us, which state privacy laws treat as a sale. You can tell us to stop at any time by submitting this form. Opting out stops future sharing — it cannot retrieve information a partner already holds, and you may also need to contact that partner directly. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who receives it.

Do not send a Social Security number, government ID, financial information, passwords, or unrelated confidential information. Information submitted here is used to process and document your request.

We process sale or sharing opt-outs as soon as reasonably feasible and no later than 15 business days. Other verifiable requests are generally answered within 45 days, subject to applicable law. If we deny your request we will tell you why, and you may appeal by replying to our response.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing. If your browser sends that signal, we record it with your request.
